Reporting a crime you think is real and then it turning out to be fake is not in fact illegal, however intentionally making a scene LOOK like a crime to make someone call the police IS illegal because of the whole wasting officers time thing. Best case scenario is no one got in trouble, worst case scenario husband went to court and probably got fined, don't forget many things are illegal and don't end up with you going to prison.

Depends, but staging a kidnapping can be illegal if the police get involved. When you take up their time, and a false kidnapping takes up a lot of their time, its time they could of spent doing better things. In order to prevent this and other issues as well it became illegal to call police for unimportant shit and to lie to them.

Pretty much any amount of tattoos are an acceaptable amount for me as long as it's good looking tattoos.
Though some people are grossed out by there being a single tattoo on a girls arm or if they can see the outline of her abs, guess they cant stand her being in better shape than themself.

Don't think of it specifically as a right to guns, but as a right to own whatever property you see fit, and do as you see fit so long as you abstain from harming others, taking away their liberty, or taking their property. Guns are nothing more than property that the government has no place telling people they can't have, or placing mountains of regulations on until they effectively legislate the right way from people
