I'm not a huge Destiel shipper but I will say that I've noticed the writers changing Dean a lot, especially lately. Obviously Dean from the first 5 seasons was unarguably heterosexual. But then they got new writers and a female writer for a while and Dean became somewhat more in touch with his bicurious side - even though it's subtle. Then this season happened, and the whole "He's my gay thing" incident and stuff.

Essentially people will find any little thing to justify Dean at the very least being bisexual. I think it's debatable, but I highly doubt the writers will ever actually go anywhere with it.

I can't comment on the newest seasons because I haven't seen them yet but I agree that on the first 5 seasons he was undoubtedly heterosexual.
I can't see a way or reason to make Dean gay.

Shippers are another term for these creatures called 'fangirls and boys' who like to couple characters together and call it a 'ship'

Next time I play through I'm going to make that moment one of my few renegade moments.
Moments include: Head butting the Krogan on Tuchanka in ME2
Punching Han'Gerral in ME3
Shooting Udina in ME3.

I did all of those and they're really satisfying.
I'm usually more paragon but there are some renegade interrupts that are great.

I should have gone renegade and shot the bitch in the end, instead of convincing her to serve her time.

I let Garrus shoot her. I shot Udina, figured he should get a turn.

I shot her and it just felt right and good.
