If you want to actually get science-y, the old adage that voltage doesn't kill you is misleading. Current can't flow if potential can't overcome resistance. They have a direct relationship with each other and neither functions without the other. So, in reality, voltage and amperage are in a joint contact to murder your ass.

And i explained that if the 5000 volts have aminimum ampere the human skin has a resitance so hig that the amps wouldnt be lethal. It would be minimal. Like 1&80th of a lethal dose
