Uh, I'm that guy who wore the Daft Punk helmet to my school ball, started the FunnyJunk Universe series and creates crappy little pun comics

Well the drop was 100% different from the intro. I like when part of the intro is included, it feels like a foreshadowing. Plus any good drop needs a bass, need the head to bob. I understand you are trying to be different from trap and dub step and all that but being too different is bad if you want to get fans. I would suggest emulating 80s pop (similar sound to you guys) and other electronic with a modern club sound. Its pretty generic but it would give you a way to gauge yourself against others. Once you do that really well start doing weird shit. Kind of like how Kid Cudi went from kind weird rap to just straight trippy stuff.

Cheers for the helpful words dude. I tend to have the drop different to the intro to try to not be too repetitive, perhaps I could use a more similar style for the intro but add more complexity, instruments and bass in for the drop.

Atm, I guess we're 'finding our voice', huge inspirations are mainly Daft Punk/Deadmau5
