Stay under the tower when you are outnumbered. You will miss some CS, but that's as bad as things get. Hell, play your cards right and you can get kills when people try to dive. Just yesterday i got a double kill as shen when the other top and jungler tried to dive me. Circle the tower and use any CC you can, they wont catch you.
