Well since you didnt want to be the guy who corrects everything, i will, specifically this:
Avada kedavra is not an easy to use spell, it is the almost like a patronus, except that rather than use a happy memory, you use hatred to cast it. Most wizards cannot cast avada kedavra, and would have a really hard time learning it.

There was only one Chosen One. I can't remember the prophecy verbatim, but the main components were 1. Born at the end of July (Both Harry and Neville were born July 31st) 2. Something about parents defying the Dark Lord 3 times (Pretty sure both Harry's parents and Neville's parents escaped encounters/assassination attempts with Voldemort 3 times each) 3. The Dark Lord would mark the Chosen One as equal, but would not realize exactly how much power the Chosen One had.
The only 2 people in the existence of the Harry Potter world that fit under the first 2 components were Harry and Neville. Voldemort learned of the prophecy and knew he had to try and kill one of the kids before they grew up to reach their supposed high power. If Voldemort had tried to murder Neville then the series would have been called Neville Longbottom and the ____________ .
I'm not saying you are wrong though. It is a fantasy novel and everyone interprets it in there own way. Personally I feel like J.K Rowling made Neville kill Nagini (the snake) to cap off his character progression with a bang. He starts his tenure at Hogwarts as a weak, cowardly child who doesn't really stand up for anything and no one knows why he was put into the Gryffindor House. Through the series you get to learn how much more of a compassionate and courageous character he becomes. Neville turns out to be one of the clutchest (don't think that is a real word but I am rolling it with) characters in the story. Before Harry goes to what he thinks is his certain death to eliminate one of the last 2 Horcruxes (himself) he implores Neville to kill Nagini no matter what happens. Even though Neville doesn't know the extent of how important it is (and I am pretty sure the Sorting Hat was on his head and set on fire for Christ's sake) he pulls Godric Gryffindor's sword from the hat and just mollywhops the bitch.

As an former employee at a liquor store working 40+ hours a week I can tell you that I judged the shit out of people who come in frequently. Look, if someone is going to a different store every night then they either are a remorseful alcoholic who's ready for help but is embarrassed to ask for it OR a shameless alcoholic who is worried about being cut off by a store.
TL;DR just red thumb me
