Music is badass. I play guitar, bass, harmonica and I sing. I'm in a thrash metal band. Gaming is good. As are texting and movies from the 80s 90s and early 2000s. Trolls however, are bad, but troll logic is entertaining. That's all you're getting.

Slight problem with your statement: I actually do know what I'm talking about. There are ways out and it's not nearly as hard as you imagine if you actually put some effort into self change. Go teach overseas. Join the Peace Corps. Join the military, hell join a multinational company and go for one of their overseas branches. I've given you four options in less than a minute that are ways out. Given your "Fuck America" stance I doubt you'd opt for the military but if you wanted out, REALLY wanted out, you'd suck it up and swallow your pride to actually do something.

There's a bunch of people working for Sony in Japan right now who know fuck all about Japanese culture or the language. Stop making excuses or you'll never get over the wall you made for yourself.

I've actually been around the world, have you even visited Canada or Mexico? They're right there and hell Canada doesn't even require a passport to cross over in most places. The only one in a bubble here is you because you're so desperate to find any excuse to not change your life while at the same time bitching about it.

Righty-ho, let me pack my shit up, buy a house and secure a job in another country before moving there, that should be as easy as pie.

Please stop acting like you know what you're talking about.

I don't understand this reasoning. We're not asking for handouts from England. A better example, imo, would be a black guy not returning a white guy's wave, which is far more benign.

What majority of the world? The people on the Internet? That's not the majority of the world, my friend. I personally have yet to speak to (as in, hold a conversation with) a foreigner who genuinely thinks that about Americans, in person or on the Internet.

America is a huge country, with many different cultures across it. Hell, you drive a few hours east from Albuquerque, NM to Amarillo, TX and it's different. You're stereotyping, which is a form of arrogance in itself ("I know enough to be able to judge an entire nation.") Your initial judgment of the flag bearer is also arrogance: he's not complying with your views, therefore he's wrong, therefore all Americans are wrong, therefore you need to leave. Those are some massive leaps in reasoning. You seem to be assuming that because the flag bearer didn't dip his flag, all Americans have a superiority complex. Are all Americans liberals because we have a liberal president? Of course not.

I'm not sure where you live or to whom you've spoken to give you such a view. I do not know a single person who fits the profile into which you're trying to cram all Americans. I guess you know many.

Either way, I hope you end up happy, wherever you go.

Lets look back at the post. The comeback said this flag dips for no earthly king. When it was a king himself asking for the flag to be bowed to him, not for his country. So Maybe you should think about that before you make it about respect, maybe that king should have enough respect for people outside his country to not demand everyone bows for him. I say good job flag holder, fuck that king. And fuck you for thinking everyone should bow to him for "respect" the world isnt some guys footstool just because in his country he wears a crown. Now quit wasting my time you pathetic excuse for a dick sneeze
#155 - shredmaster (02/17/2015) [-]
You really are the poster child for American ignorance. A king represents his entire people you moron. Every other country understands that but fucking America of course has to get all up in arms at some imagined slight on their freedom. "How dare America be asked to bow, WE'RE TOO GOOD FOR THAT". And that attitude is the problem. You're too autistic to see that, but anyone who is intelligent will.

hmm.... most foreigner's I've met are less proud of their country, and more proud of themselves and the people of the country.

so in my experience, other countries say " this country is great because of how great that guy, those chicks over there, my family, my friends, and I are. The food that we make or the best ( product of some kind ) "

we say all different kinds of shit, I can't speak for my nation, but I can speak for my experience with other nation's citizens.

I don't claim to have met many foreigners but, I do live in south Florida, Canadians come down for Christmas and shit, all kinds of south and Central American peoples, I once had the experience of staying in a house being rented out by three college students from France, Saudi Arabia, and Spain, respectively. many Caribbean countries, Haitians, Jamaicans, Cubans- man fuck a sizable portion of the Cuban people I've met. there are some that i love like family but there are others that are just ignorant shitheads, s'pose that goes for every person but ugh, bad experiences.
