Music is badass. I play guitar, bass, harmonica and I sing. I'm in a thrash metal band. Gaming is good. As are texting and movies from the 80s 90s and early 2000s. Trolls however, are bad, but troll logic is entertaining. That's all you're getting.

A lot of shows are really repetitive and it's hard to come up with new concepts because everything has been done before. Every show needs some sort of edge or unique quality to get attention towards itself. For example Monk has an obsessive compulsive detective, Psych is about a fake psychic detective; but they are both about solving murder. The Walking Dead is a major drama like most other dramas but their edge is zombies.

I've checked out both of those and they were entertaining, just not enough to make me want to watch them over and over. It's hard for a show to pull me in that way, as I said House is the only one that managed it. I'm more partial to movies, but nowadays those seem to be mindless action CGI-fests with little to no plot and the blandest possible characters.

I really neither like nor dislike the show. I watch it with my husband because it's one of his favorites.

I'm not big into TV shows honestly. I loved House and I watched it obsessively when it was on, and I used to be into CSI: NY and Criminal Minds, but that's about it. It's just hard for shows to grab me.

I've always said that it seems like a group of people were talking and someone said, "How can we get men to watch a soup opera?" and they all sat there and thought for a second and finally someone said, "I got it: zombies."

If it works for some people, then it works. I enjoyed season 2 for the most part because the setting was cool, but I absolutely despised seasons 1 and 3. It's all just too forced for me.

Oh, and Pokemon is watered down, boring, and one of the most overrated series of all time. It's piss easy and requires no skill, and anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong.

I actually have no idea how Diablo 3 works so I can't say anything about that. I'm just saying that everything is better if you work together in every single game even Arena FPS. sure running around like an ass kills people but it will also get you killed. skill in games in arena based FPS mulitplayer is being able to efficiently kill people while minimizing death in your team without exploiting camping spots.

EVERY multiplayer games that have people working together requires communication and strategic "skill".
#71 - shredmaster (11/04/2013) [-]
I can think of a few that don't. Diablo III for example. I breezed through that game on nightmare. Left my computer and came back to find my character surrounded by four elite monsters. Barely a fourth of my health was gone, I sat down and right clicked until they died. Not saying Left 4 Dead requires supreme skill but you will not make it through unless you work together, and well.

#102 - 4chan refugee (11/04/2013) [-]
You sound like every other person I know that sucks as shooters. Stop being a fucking baby. L4D is easy as fuck. PC makes it stupid easy even on realistic. Don't even get me started on how easy Borderlands 1 and 2 are. I bet you are one of those people that think LoL has a good community.
#323 - shredmaster (11/10/2013) [-]
This is old as shit, and you're an anon, but you're also retarded and everything you just said is wrong. I never said Borderlands or Left 4 Dead were hard, I said I liked them. LoL is a shit game, it's piss easy, and the community is mostly made up of people who think they're good at games because they can play a moba well. Basically, everything you said was 100% and you're an idiot.
#63 - urapooper (11/04/2013) [-]
I thought L4D was mostly running around shooting zombies with your friends. Borderlands has an awesome story and characters and AWESOME guns.
most generic FPS are multiplayer arenas that give each player a range of equipment to defeat the enemy while increasing the arsenal as the player plays.

NONE of these games are "skill" games

when you play a competitive game the loudest will always be the douchiest so most of the time when you refer to community most people will only see the douche not most people who just play for having fun.
#68 - shredmaster (11/04/2013) [-]
Left 4 Dead took skill. Not genre-savvy skill but communication and strategic skill, provided you were playing on the higher difficulties. If a tank busted out and you just randomly shot at it while running around, unless you were in a wide open area you were generally guaranteed to have at least one member of your time die.
