Music is badass. I play guitar, bass, harmonica and I sing. I'm in a thrash metal band. Gaming is good. As are texting and movies from the 80s 90s and early 2000s. Trolls however, are bad, but troll logic is entertaining. That's all you're getting.

If you decide to play, make sure you read a little bit of the documentation so you know how some of the cube recipes work (there's a shitload of them) and make sure you do the level challenge 0.

You'll start with a small statue (and you also start with the cube, the halls of the dead level 3 is now an uberquest, first one you'll do most likely for the level challenge 1). You simply put the statue in the cube and click transmute, that'll give it a skill (like when a charm grants a skill) that can only be used at level 5. Once you're level 5, you go outside town and use the skill. It'll summon a ring of "traps" and a guy in the middle shooting lightning. The lightning one shots you so you have to dodge it. You kill all the traps, which removes his invulnerability shield, and then kill him. Pick up the harkon crystal, and cube it with the chipped gem he drops. This will grant it's stats. +10 to all stats and 250% gold find is a perfect drop, but I generally just go for 10 to all stats and don't care about the gold find. Since you'll get most of your gold from selling high tier items later in the game, and selling apples or unused items early on.

If you have questions you can message me on here. I've played it a lot.

Yeah it is. If you want to get it, it's really easy to get. I suggest playing with Plugy mod as well, but it's not necessary. If you want to play with Plugy you'll need 1.13c (I think 1.13d is the most recent, whatever the most recent is, you need that version but version c instead of the most recent).

If y ou don't play with Plugy, you just need the mod. I linked the website for you. Just download the files and drop them into your D2 folder.

I like to pretend they haven't made that game.

It is a lot of fun, but the classes are completely different so it might take some playing around to figure out what you want to play. I mean like, there's still melee barbs, and amazons still use javelins and bows, but there are a lot of other trees as well.

Druid: Treebeast (I think, it used to be fire elemental but I think it's a treebeast now), traprat (quilbeast that uses daggers as main weapon), bow, and caster.

Assassin: Glaives, throwing weapons, claws, and I think traps but i'm not sure.

Barbarian: Melee, summoning, throwing.

Necro: Crossbow, scythe, summoning, totems.

Sorce: Still caster, but you get 1 common tree, and then 4 elements and can only put skills into 2 trees at any time.

Amazon: Bows, Javelins, Spears, Caster. You have to specialize in 1 tree to get all of the abilities from it, otherwise you can put points in anything.

Paladin: Unholy and Holy. Can only choose one (each of which is comprised of 2 trees) and they play differently. I played caster pally when I played, which is interesting.

I love how dedicated the community is, making such detailed mods like that is crazy. I'd love to roll one of the necros, barb was always my first choice with necro coming in at a close second. Iron Golem is one of my favorite skills in any game, it's unique as hell.

Oh by the way I meant only put points into 2 elemental trees for sorce. You can have the common tree and 2 elements. There are also 3 uber skills for each class, and 2 challenge skills.

You can choose 1 uber skill (and only one) and after completing the challenges can put points into the blackroad and ennead challenge skills.

I'd imagine. I think I played perfect drops mod once with my brother and a couple friends, but never really went back to it. I've only played Median Mod a lot. It's a pretty fun mod. Changes every classes skills (for example, my main character was a melee scythe necro, but necros can also play summons, totems, and crossbow builds), increases the level cap to 120, adds all new items, changes how the stats work, and adds other challenges such as uberquests, uberlevels, and level challenges.

On my scythe necro I am at a point where I need to farm a lot to progress and I haven't even beaten Act 5 Hell mode.
