Hargleblarg also got it right, but was slower.

Aperture Science is obviously an unique place.
Magical door is the portals, the bumpy ride is the blue and orange gel, the moving bridge are the light bridges.
GLAdos is the god who always watches you.
The sweets is a reference to the cake which GLAdos offers.
The oracle is the friendly turret you can save from incernation.

The flying river beast is an oriental dragon, they are believed to be the rules of water and weather, thus river.
The dragon head(king of the Red Pole) in the end of the game is Jiang, who tells her triads to leave Wei alone because he had proven his loyality in "one way or another".
