So blood is racist now
actually he died supporting racial equality but refusing human blood. he died form stubbornness.
he freed the slaves but became one himself , and got shot in an ambush , he died hating them ,
also he climbed to marijois up red line
yeah i should've
'd it but it was already on a spoiler slippery slope and i tried to make a correction that he didn't really have to die for it while still leaving some vagueness. then >>
finished the slope and here we are at the bottom. though it's hard to tell when it's okay to not spoiler-ize something when you get memes of tv shows the week they come out but this has been out for years with the only new thing for it being the official funimation dub of the episode became purchasable a month ago
don't worry about me, I'm up to date
well too bad he had to die for that, thanks i'm super far behind on one piece.

My dude, trump holds the title so far. At least with Obama you had some piece of mind. With Trump you're on the edge of your seat just waiting for the next tweet. All past living president have called Trump a joke and said he doesn't respect the office. That should say alot.

We have a legal system ye focking burger
It's just that there's no way you'd stand a chance suing a goverment owned news outlet
If a legal system is not held up by lawmakers is it still a legal system?
as much as it is anywhere in the world
i can think of very few countries where a citizen can sue the government and win and even then it's not always the case
if you sued the U.S government tomorrow do you think you'd win?
Uh... dude you realize that happens on a semi frequent basis here and is the foundation for a LOT of our civil rights and individual freedom issues, right?
Here's a list of major (successful) ones:
Civil Rights Cases of 1875
Yick Wo v. Hopkin
Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka
Meyer v. Nebraska
Powell v. Alabama
Missouri ex el Gaines v. Canada
McLaurin v. Oklahoma State Regents
Hernandez v. Texas
Loving v. Virginia
Batson v. Kentucky
Missouri v. Jenkins
Faragher v. City of Boca Raton
Murphy v. United Parcel Service
rizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona
United States v Windsor
Yes our state and country has sovereign immunity from civilian lawsuits, BUT if taken to the supreme court and if you make a viable case that something the government did violates the constitution, you can sue. There are also two additional conditions under which a private party might sue:
If it violates your civil rights, you can sue.
It's considered corruption to allow the government not to adhere to its own laws, violates civil liberties, so on and so forth.
i never said we can't sue
it's just that we can never win
our government is corrupt yes
but what government isn't
do you think this can happen in say romania or poland or estonia or korea
that's the reality most nation states have to face we can't all have the luck of being born in the us or other such place
Your government is on third world level corruption.
Trying to say 'but what government isn't' to excuse it is like trying to suggest that a homicidal dictator is okay because 'who doesn't get angry sometimes?'
I don't know the level of corruption in those other countries but it's no excuse for them either.
What I do know is that citizens have the power to determine just how corrupt they'll let their government be. It's why people in spain are revolting right now.
But it'll never get done if people like you sit around and say 'we can never win.'
Nigga our aftrican americans had their ribs shattered by firehydrants and limbs ripped off by dogs just to get the rights they have today.
I can sue my government if it violates my rights in part BECAUSE people got shot, blown up, and killed protesting for that one right.
At a time when a black man's life wasn't worth more than a dog's they still stood up and fought.
Saying 'we can never win' is how you let it continue to be shit.
Instead of cursing your luck of not being born in a place and time where people already got the job done, stop being lazy and BE one of those people. Sit in jail. Write your ass off.
I wouldn't be sitting here saying I can sue my government if not for people like that.
You have power, that's the one damn thing that history has already taught Americans.
well reality has another thing coming for you bud if you'd have known the first thing about tunisia you'd know that we did fight
we ended the 27 year of a dictator when we started the arab spring and look where we are now
nothing has changed
the black american civil rights movement was a one in a million
i'm afraid your world view is idealistic at best and foolish at worst
if "3rd world level corruption" is so easy to get rid of everyone would have done so years ago
One last thing before I fuck off to do my own American thing.
I never said it was easy to get rid of third world corruption. Fighting against something ten times more powerful than you is hard as shit.
I'm saying you NEED to fight to get rid of it. You will be injured and you might even be killed. There's nothing easy about that.
But it's better than maintaining apathy and letting the government hurt or kill you anyway.
Just take a look at Cambodia. After the overthrow of their oppressive government, what replaced it was far worse... such to the point that, eventually, people realized that it was a 'damned if you do, worse damned if you don't' situation and fought anyway.
well that's a pretty comfy high horse to spout this shit from
all men can speak what they want but when faced with reality that's a whole different thing
i'm 19 years old what can i do
if i try to fight i'll be killed and i'f i 'm not my family will be imprisoned tortured raped and killed and it's all be in vain
call us cowards and lazy all you want but until you face they reality that we face everyday your word are void and null
>i'm 19 years old what can i do
GHANDI WAS 19 WHEN HE STARTED STUDYING LAW AND FIGHTING AGAINST THE OPPRESSION OF THE BRITISH.
Nelson Mandela was 25 when he started speaking out.
There was not one but over 50 marches during the civil rights era that consisted of... wait for it...
14 year olds.
Libya was overthrown by people who were largely in their 20s.
ALL OF THEM lived at a time where opposition equaled getting jailed or killed or worse. Many young people died in the civil rights movement and they did it willingly. Their deaths were a sacrifice that encouraged the rest of the public to revolt in anger.
It's ESPECIALLY important that a young kid die for it than an old man. People for some reason are more sickened by that.
You go away from your family, if you don't want them to be associated with you.
You study your ass off, even if it's in secret.
You make speeches to your peers, you use the internet to speak out.
This isn't a high horse I'm standing from. You honestly think the freedom I have wasn't EARNED by people in the exact same situation as you?
It is cowardly and lazy, and spits in the face of people who were exactly where you stood and did it anyway, successfully.
I can give you examples of people in situations far worse than yours, situations where they definitely would have been killed if they tried, who still tried anyway. Hell my ancestors were among them, on both sides of my family.
You say that I speak from a point of privilege, but where the fuck do you think that privilege came?
Look at this kid.
He's YOUNGER than you.
I can provide source if you want.
He is facing water that strips barks of trees and break bricks from houses, dogs that are trained to go for the jugular, and cops that will beat them half to death and then rain shit on their families too.
This was the reality for African American teens, and it was similar to yours. The government of Alabama encouraged this and even sent out warnings that they would straight up shoot anyone who tried them and put their family under severe house arrest, that they were best kept quiet and oppressed.
They kept at it. The pictures and public anger kept rising. They succeeded not because of luck but because they kept at it, and WOULD NOT BE SILENT.
You call this a fluke, I call this effort. It took years and a fuckton of sheer anger.
You SHOULD feel like a damn coward for not trying anything when kids like this can do it.
You SHOULD feel like a damn lazy fuck when kids your age or younger will let themselves be killed for their cause.
well i'm not fucking nelson Mandela and i'm not fucking ghandi and i'm not gonna put my my loved ones at risk
you think if i go away they'll be safe? what a fucking idiot you are
they will find them and that'd be the end of it everyone i love is dead
i have much to live for then to die for NOTHING
it must be so easy for you to call me lazy and cowardly from your high horse
but what does that say about you?
if push comes to shove i'll bet you everything i own your fantasies will come crashing down before your eyes
You're not putting them at risk.
You live in a second world country. Do you honestly think it has the money or technology to keep tabs on who gives birth to who?
Literally all you have to do is leave your home and area, and get a new name/identity. Unless your parents and friends are idiots they won't reveal who they are.
Not to mention, Nelson Mandela's wife and kids were imprisoned and he STILL did what he needed to do.
Martin Luther King's home was firebombed. He STILL spoke out because he understood that what he was fighting about was the freedom of EVERYONE, not just him. It's selfish as fuck to think anything otherwise.
Your family is what, 30 lives at most. Your country is hundreds of thousands of people suffering daily.
IF PEOPLE SUFFERING AND FIGHTING FOR JUST CAUSES MADE MY HIGH HORSE THEN IT IS NOT A HIGH HORSE. And every one of them would say that you're lazy and cowardly even while looking at the situation from the exact same place as you're standing now.
And if push comes to shove, yes I will fight. It's part of the American spirit which was built on generations of fighters.
Fuck everything to do with me, I'm insignificant compared to the change I can bring.
yes they can and will it's 2017 facial recognition software is not hard to come by
and mandala and mlk made their sacrifices doesn't mean i have to
it must be so easy for you to say "your family is like what 30 lives"
imagine you putting the lives of everyone you love at risk
you didn't earn your high horse you were born on it so don't start talking like you did
and one last thing you can talk about the generation of fighters and patriotic crap all you want but men far greater than you and i broken in the face of less so don't start talking like everything is magically gonna be fine and dandy
it's late i have work tomorrow and i'm done with this conversation
if you wanna add anything that's fine i won't care either way
Also I'd kill my own children and pets if it meant stopping a fascist regime.
Their lives, and your life, is worth nothing compared to freedom.
There, I'm done.
Also I can argue that my horse gives me the attitude to ensure that I will never be knocked off of it.
Americans know for a fact that their government is scared shitless of them.
And that's how it should be.
The problem is that men, ordinary people, have proven that everything you say is a crock of shit, so to excuse your shit behavior you're trying every other argument except logic.
My country was built on people not being lazy and cowardly.
My country was built on people putting everything they love at risk.
You can say you refuse all you want.
Doesn't make you any less of a coward or a lazy ass, and it definitely makes you a fool.
Also facial recognition software the way you're thinking it works is a myth. Nice to know that what you see on movies and TV fools you, though.
Not to mention, again. Your country is not some high tech, good economy first world country.
They don't even have the means to afford that kind of shit, let alone to implement it for every person in your society. This isn't 1984, this isn't Brave New World.
You only have yourselves to blame for not doing anything, and furthermore, your protests should fall on deaf ears and WILL fall on deaf ears.
Nobody wants to help an able bodied person that won't even help themselves.
But lemme know how that regime's going when they knock burn down your house and kill your loved ones anyway, even though you didn't do a single thing which is why they have the power to do so in the first place.
And when they fought, they realized that they could try again to replace it with something better.
And they did.
Now they need to improve it.
The black american civil rights movement was one in a million, nigga
That shit has played out across nearly EVERY oppressed group throughout time.
Nothing changed because you're still in the anarchal stage and you've allowed a shitty government to take over and give order. When there's chaos people are blindly willing to believe anyone is the right solution for control.
You do realize that it took America at least a few decades to even form the government it has now, after overthrowing Britain, right? It was complete and total anarchy, and we almost fell apart before we even became a country.
And once we were a country, it took centuries of periodic overhaul to shape our government into what it is today. We had a revolution, a civil war, AND a civil rights movement.
Britain, being older than us, has had ten times that. They killed kings, replaced them with worse kings, killed those kings, eventually formed parliament, eventually formed a system of human rights, eventually fine tuned those rights over many centuries. They had wars both revolutionary and civil, they consistently had periods where they were falling apart from corruption.
Also, there will always come a time when there's too much corruption in ANY system. Even our own. At that point it is the people's responsibility to take charge.
By sitting on your ass doing nothing you lose your right to complain.
This isn't a matter of being too idealistic. It's a thing of if you know it's bad and can't stand it, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGING IT.
Saying nothing will change is how you let the people who want to turn you into a work horse. Are you a man or a toy?
Every single country that you claim to be lucky flukes went through massive change and huge systemic overhauls, usually repeated overhauls.
Saying that 'nothing changed, therefore nothing can possibly ever change' is how you not only end up with a shit government but also lose all your rights.
At the very least you can argue that shit's a little better since the dictator. And if it's not that begs the question of why you STILL aren't doing shit about it.
This isn't about being idealistic. There's nothing 'ideal' about having to constantly fight human nature just so that everyone gets treated as they should be. But it is the way the world is, and if you fuckers don't fight you have only yourselves to blame.
Fuck I don't even know if thats an actual place let alone what kinda laws they have or don't have. I'm just talking about laws in U.S.
