i know that the alcohol you have at home is poisoned on purpose. and i know people who drank big percentages of alcohol idk for sure how much though. but yeah not in my plans to try it, im beyond that age now

hand sanitizer isnt poisoned per se. There are many types of alcohol chemically speaking such as butanol ethanol and propanol to name a few simple ones and only ethanol is safe to drink as your body can for the most part safely metabolize it. there are other types in hand sanitizer that can kill. 100% alcohol or pure like i said can only be obtained by putting stabilizing compounds such as benzene in it and is usually only used in laboratory settings. i have tried 95% before and it was like vodka but with another 55% alcoholness the stuff was called Alcool and was bought from quebec

I mean I care, not about him, but thats how I feel in general because it's my opinion. I think you should always be working on yourself to make yourself better. Why wouldnt you? Laziness?
User avatar #794 - ishouldplayzelda (05/26/2015) [-]
laziness and recognizing the futility of things. sure, you can build a business, but you're just going to die and one of your asshole kids is going to run it into the ground. you can get ripped and get a gf, but you know deep down that if you physically let yourself go and your personality (the actual substance of a person) isn't going to keep her interested because she only liked you for your appearance. what is the point? prove that there is a point.
User avatar #795 - swimmingprodigy (05/26/2015) [-]
That's stupid. You're basically saying that theres no reason to do anything in life because you're going to die in the end.
If you truly believed that then why are you in school? Why do you follow the law? You should go out and do literally whatever you want
User avatar #807 - ishouldplayzelda (05/26/2015) [-]
also following the law isn't black and white. jaywalkers are criminals by definition. where i live, riding your bike on the sidewalk is technically a crime. smoking weed is a crime. drinking a glass of wine before your 21st birthday is a crime.

let's see what else is a crime. rape, murder, theft, arson, scamming, child abuse, animal abuse, battery, etc.

but "obeying the law" is totally only a 2 sided coin.
#803 - ishouldplayzelda (05/26/2015) [-]
"Why do you follow the law?"
i don't like victimizing people and i don't want to go to jail/prison.

"do literally whatever you want"
"why are you in school?"
maybe it's what i want? maybe learning more about something i love, and someday getting payed a lot to do it sounds like a sweet deal?

i wish everyone loved welding and cycling as much as i do, but they don't.
working out just to improve your body is a hobby. building and maintaining a social life is a hobby. improving every facet of your life beyond the bare minimum is a hobby. you need to get over the fact that a lot of people don't care about your hobbies as much as you do.

I've tried playing Crystal Shards on emulators. In Project 64 1.6, 2.0, and 2.1, it experiences the same problem. The UI only updates between loading screens. Meaning if you take damage, you don't know how much you've taken unless you recall yourself. You don't know how many stars you've picked up, and you don't know how many lives you have to spare. And worst of all, you can't even change the UI type without changing the loading screen.
Oh, and you can't see the power you currently have.

All the gameplay works just fine, but the UI refuses to work.

I understand as i had similar problems when i tried a while ago :/ the n64 emulators seem to have the most issues usually but god damn if i wasnt desperate for a crystal shards fix. I just hoped i had enough health to keep going

I was told hat settlers often took very small bites of new foods and waited a day or so for any effects to kick in. If nothing happened, they ate more. It'd be rare for a nibble of anything to cause death.

PEI is actually wicked for poutine. The island soil is very nutrient rich and we grow the best potatoes and have our own dairy farms (an incidentally some of the best magic mushrooms in the world grow in our cow patties), I love our milk and cheese. Best poutine I've ever had. We sell it with fresh lobster in that s*** too.
#80 - Absolute Madman (05/17/2015) [-]
Ive been to Quebec countless times, and had poutine. honestly its no better then in Vancouver were I live. Some people just don't know the right places to go to.
