As for the Zelda that actually turns into Sheik, not counting Hyrule Warriors, the answer is no. Link left Hyrule in search of Navi in Majora's Mask in the 'Child' timeline, and in the 'adult' time line, he was sent into the past which started Majora's Mask.

First, Tetra IS Zelda, stated outright in the game that she was sent ahead in time and had her memories blocked, to save her. Second, Link and "Tetra" do not end up together, canonically. Confirmed in Spirit Tracks, where you play as Link's grandson, also-Link. Swabbie was Link's room-mate in old age, 'til he died, while Zelda was queen of a new Hyrule, and married someone else. The Spirit Tracks Link and Zelda, however, DO hook up in the end.

The first is the "Defeat" timeline, where Ganon defeated Link in the final battle (which isn't possible gameplay wise). The leads to "A Link to the Past."
The second is the "Child" timeline, where Link returns to right before he gets the Master Sword. Ganondorf is captured right after this and he is killed by the Sages, as seen in Twilight Princess, while Link goes on to Majora's Mask.
The "Adult" timeline is what was left behind after Link was sent back into his child form. It was said in Wind Waker that he "left" Hyrule after saving it, but in truth he had went back in time and the adult Zelda gave the excuse that he had left Hyrule. Because he went back in time, the Triforce of that timeline was shattered, since it no longer had anyone to keep it. The Adult Time line leads to Wind Waker, Phantom hourglass, and Spirit Tracks.

This timeline was invalidated by the production of A Link Between Worlds. It references Link's victory in OoT, as well as invalidates the actual ending of ALttP, in which the Triforce is used to PERMANENTLY seal the Master Sword away. The sword that new Link then picks up pretty quickly.
They've stated pretty blatantly that they don't care about timeline consistency. They didn't even make the timeline in Historia. It was a fan theory, that they decided to endorse for a quick profit. Sorry to burst that bubble.

A Link Between Worlds doesn't make anything invalid. There were no references to Link's victory in OoT, it referenced the victory Link had in A Link to the Past where he killed Ganon with the Gold Master Sword and then used the Triforce to get rid of the Dark World, before sealing the master Sword away once more which restored it to its original shape and sharpness. The Gold Sword is also not officially done in the story, since it may have just been a gameplay thing.
The sword was stated to "never be used again" not that it was sealed away. While that statement is false, it was mostly just an over sight by Nintendo, as they never thought they'd return to that world with a sequel. A Link Between Worlds was meant to be a DS remake of A Link to the Past, after all.
But really, don't think that one man speaks for the whole of Nintendo. They're a company, and while Shigeru, the creator of Zelda, has a right to say he doesn't care about the timeline, it doesn't mean everyone in Nintendo feels that way.

Heavily implied in Skyward Sword, as well. If they didn't, it'd take some serious willpower, given how blatantly they wanted eachother in there.
