That is the largest ship of the Imperium of Man, at 19,000 meters long.
It's bigger than yours.

The largest ship in the Imperium of Man is the Universe Class Mass Conveyer, measuring in at an impressive 12km. However, the ship that is shown here more closely resembles the Cult Mechanics' Goliath Class Factory ship, measuring in at a mere 4800 meters.

The Caldari Leviathan dwarfs both, measuring in at 18.7km. It is your ship that is smaller. Much, much smaller.

So either way we can safely say that the method used to make my coif is historically accurate, it's a European 4in1 weave. I never commented on it's effectiveness.

I'm not saying riveted mail isn't better, I'm merely stating that your comment of butted not being historically accurate is wrong, because it was used in those times, just as commonly as riveted was, as the lower classes could not afford riveted mail. Also I don't know why you think butted wasn't used in Europe because it was. The Japanese had different weave designs but butted mail is still butted mail. In Europe for extra protection and to increase the density of the chainmaille they used 6in1 weaves or they had 8in2 and 12in2 to provide extra protection but again this was expensive.

Ok, butted mail was rarely used. As in it was not commonly used by people who couldn't afford to have riveted mail made for them and it was by far not as common as riveted mail.

Sorry man, but most historical sources say that butted mail just wasn't used that often.
