The only point in worrying about standardizing the tests is in armed combat and speed- most of the time, once you reached unarmed you die regardless. I never disagreed that they shouldn't standardize it, but standardizing certain parts wouldn't matter.

You're buying into too many falsities on periods. The majority of women wouldn't get cramps that would affect warfare. And those that did likely wouldn't make it through medical checks. In addition, studies have proven that males also have hormone cycles, though not as extreme, that affect emotions. It would make little of a difference - again, those with extremely emotional periods likely wouldn't make it through medical checks.
