Well, since everyone is ignoring how they basically said "Wait for E3 for games, this is a console show", and just complaining on what they showed, it must no longer be an important media event for marketing and gaming.

I did. They never came straight out and said yous be connected to the internet. But i do remember microsoft saying manditory connection was being abandond from the ideas. Also the used games arent going to be impossible becaude it still has disc games. Last time i checked downloading was going to be the main purpose for games but discs will be used. Just wait and you will see

on twitter they came out and said that Wired report on used game fee was wrong, and they "have a plan in store to deal with used games" also they have the cloud computing capabilities, which is the same things SimCity has, its not DRM, but it still prevents used games from working and needs an always on connection to play. so mandatory connection (drm) for all games? no. mandatory to play games becasue they "need it to work with the cloud"? yes, for the game companies that choose to use that. I see what you mean by ea. But not all games will be, maybe some. Im sure it will be fine, but it will have its problems and good things, as the ps 4 probably will. Im just happy we didnt habe a red thumb war here. Goodnight

They really have nothing to show but gimmicky bs. They are going to reveal some stuff at E3 but its not going to be a lot of stuff
