Who said that I hate the site? That has nothing to do with the site, but with the people who are in this site and their lack of humor and brains. Worst than 9gag. Maybe you should call yourselves 9junkers, not funny ones.

The problem I have with that (the word), is that you don't have to use that label to support those things. People need to just stand up for those things, not go around telling people their feminists, because that has different meanings to different people. As you said, you want equality for women - the only way to have that is to have equality for both genders.
Admittedly, in cases where you're talking about such as whether or not women can legally show their faces in public without being stoned to death, the hairs this is splitting are all but meaningless.

But in a country like the US where both genders theoretically have the same legal rights, it still remains that from a logical standpoint, a feminist and a masculist are the same thing because of their convergent goals. However, declaring oneself one or the other has a specific implication that they are only concerning themselves with the rights of one gender, which flies directly in the face of equality.

Not cool, man. . .
