 Nah mate, do an fucker burpee, named after yours truly. I felt that burpees were too slow so I sped them up. By jumping into a pushup position [spoiler] land with your legs bent underneath you, on the balls of your feet - make sure you let them take the brunt of the force by flexing or you can hurt yourself - and your arms in a pushup position. Then kick your legs back and you should be in a push up position. Now sort of do the reverse, push your legs off the ground and bring them up under your chest and in as smooth a motion as you can, follow through by jumping as high as your can and landing back into your pushup position. [/spoiler] In a regular burpee, you crouch down and position yourself for a pushup, and you bring your legs back up one at a time. | ||
