I totally agree. I'm a fatty myself. I just have family members that are pescetarian and don't give a shit about "eating something with a face." They just do it to stay healthy, and they are still able to bike 35 miles a day at the age of 68.

You could do that without eating nothing but fish. They're healthy because they don't eat too much and exercise, not because they stopped eating red meat.

Only certain fish like tuna, shark and swordfish have high mercury content. Most others have pretty standard levels. And I'm not talking about disease at all. I'm talking about cholesterol, fat content, etc.
