actually many people thought he was the ONLY good actor in Green Lantern, and blame the writers and directors for both portrayals and ideas for his movies. Tbh I too thought he made a great deadpool and was also horribly disappointed that they shut him up. It was Ryan's dream to be BOTH of those guys, if given a good director and writer, Ryan can and WILL make a badass Deadpool

The Green Lantern movie was ruined by being written poorly, just like Origins: Wolverine. The only other actor I can think of to play Deadpool would be Charlie Day, and he'd have to get into some serious shape.
