I shouldn't have to guess what your intent is when you don't take the time to provide any indicators. If I have to choose between assuming someone is serious or sarcastic and I have no evidence of conversational tone, I'll assume that they're being serious.

Exactly. I don't understand why all these contrarian atheists try to pass off Hitler as some sort of proof that Christians are just generally more violent than other people. Anybody who possesses a belief in ideological extremes is capable of that level of violence.

Highly unlikely. While I'll agree that there were better, non-American Muslims to choose from. Besides, not all the positive examples were American. There's no reason to make a deal out of something just for the sake of argument or political correctness.

That's such bull dude. Hitler was renowned for punishing Christians who didn't get in line. He only tolerated them because almost the entirety of the population were Christian. He sent any Christians who followed their moral views over party policy to camps.

Exactly, because Hitler's views of Christianity weren't in line with traditional fundamental Christian views. He replaced those with Nazi Philosophy and said it called it the same thing.
