My father was a very wealthy man. I lived a pampered privileged life. He was always on meetings so my mother and I spent a lot of quality bonding time together.

She owned several jewelry and clothing boutiques for high end customers with a lot of money to burn. When she was off work, we went to go buy some ice cream. When we were enjoying our frozen treats a street gang called "The Triad" demanded my mother give them everything valuable she had on hand.

This proved to be pointless when one of the Triad members who had the ability to bend fire at will lit her on fire and I watched as she turned to ashes before my very eyes. I could feel them caressing my skin like little bits of snow. Some of it got in my mouth and eyes

i see...well, this is what fascinates me, the different fears that different people have. what has happened in their past to make them the way they are. you from your story must of a fear of fire and/or this gang, and the fear of this gang is what made you a psychologist, so you could study people like the ones who killed your mother, why they do this and so you can try and conquer your fear, but deep down, you still have the fear, because fear is something that never leaves us

yes....yes...although he didn't exactly replicate it doc, he stole it. He tried killing me, but was unsuccessful. he was successful however, in getting the formula, which as you know led to the latter events
