Im currently watching Dragon Ball-DB GT for the 10th time, Rurouni Kenshin, Desert Punk, All of the Street Fighters, seen all of Bleach, all of Naruto, The Big-O, all of the Gundam series, Yu Yu Hakusho, Zatch Bell, Cowboy Be-bop, Fullmetal Alchemist the old and new, the Older Pokemon series, Blue Submarine No. 6, The older animated Batman series, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Death Note, Ghost in a shell, InuYasha, Samurai Jack, Rosario + Vampire, X-men, Zoids, and Blue-Dragon.

You need to watch Baccano, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Nichijou, Excel Saga, FLCL, Gurren Lagann, Paprika, Code Geass, Chobits, and Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Ive seen The Melancholy of Haruhi S., Excel Saga, Code Geass, and Paprika. The ones i listed were just a portion of the more recent ones lol. I cant stop going back to older Animes.
