well ovbiously, I didnt decide to try to improve myself til like sophmore year or so. unfortunately in the school I went to standing up for yourself just provoked more bullying. so once I started fighting back, I ended up having to deal with alot more shit. My only solution to that was make some damn friends, its good to have people that have your back. after that the bullying stopped. I had friends but was still shy and terrible with women for years

It also has alot to do with how much you want it. ever since the start of middle school I was shy and lonely, out of shape in the skinny sense, I hated myself. I got bullied, got my ass kicked and decided enough was enough. I wanted to improve instead of cry about it. this was also because my dad was very tough on me, when I told him i was bullied he told me to man the fuck up and handle it. so I started working out all the time, it took me far longer than I wished but by my junior year I was fairly attractive and finally built up enough courage to ask a hot girl out, and awe and behold it worked. by my senior year I was an "alpha" but a nice one because I know what it feels like to not be one. all it takes is determination

When my I told dad when I was bullied, as a young kid, he told to kick their ass. Pick up a chair, smash it on his head. Back then I wasn't brave enough, but today I realise that he was right. That is the fastest way to gain respect in the school yard. Raw violence.
