| It's not like someone sat down one day and said "species evolve over time, makes sense, it's logical" and that's it. There's a lot of evidence for evolution. Evolution doesn't hinge on "you can't disprove it!", it's just that everytime we find fossils, they support evolution, and you need only one thing that doesn't make sense to show up to disprove it like if we found fully evolved homo sapien remains on the time of our ancestors. . And if the new theory with as much evidence as evolution, or showed that there was more to it than evolution, then yes, I would. But it would have some evidence backing it, not just "it could work like this, nothing says it didn't work like this". | ||

| Telling someone they're salty is not an argument And twisting history to make Atheists look just as bad is also not an argument. Atheists did not perform any cruel acts in history in the name of atheism, religious people commit cruel acts in the name of their religion, its simple as that How is faith against all odds a good thing? Ever heard of the atheist 'community'? Family as in one man one woman? Are you a fundamental christian? The theory argument is saying that evolution isn't valid because its just a 'theory' and is 'the same as believing in God'. Its common to be said from Religious people, and is not a real argument Would you be so kind as to respond to everything I said? I really want to hear what you have to say about these things TL;DR Ad-hominem attacks and non arguments make you look bad | ||

| Evolution is not "just a theory". Just because it isn't as readily appearent to the everyday man as gravity doesn't mean it's not proven. We placed birds on islands with a different food source and their beaks changed, we got dogs from wolves, we guided the creation of dog breeds. Evolution is logical, the most fit for survival survives and procreates, and small traits over time add up and create new species. Also; we have tons of fossils, just not a fully complete set, and no data has ever gone against what evolution predicts. I know some evolution deniers say that they believe in "micro-evolution", like different dog breeds, but not "macro-evolution" where species chane, but macroevolution is the logical consequence of microevolution over time. #102 -
sarudon (01/07/2016) [-] Even though many believe in evolution and it is logical, it is still just a theory. Unlike gravity which is a law of nature as far as we can observe and measure. If there was another just as logical theory of changes over time, would you immediately dismiss it because of your belief in evolution? Now this argument sounds familiar? right? It's not like someone sat down one day and said "species evolve over time, makes sense, it's logical" and that's it. There's a lot of evidence for evolution. All those Christian schools indoctrinating children and the Christian run society must be NOTHING compared to what us evil atheists do Oh and the "theory" argument, how original. Do you know the definition of a Scientific theory? #100 -
sarudon (01/07/2016) [-] Man you get as salty as a christian, maybe you should look into it. If you look at world history, especially 20th century history, you will see that atheists did as much damage as any other religion. Modern day atheists ignore the good that religion can teach humanity such as community, faith against all odds, and the importance of family. Personal experience with a fucking neck beard community. That should suffice for me getting atheist rhetoric shoved down my throat. About the theory argument, you started it man? just helping you make more sense in the future. TL;DR Just because you're atheist does not mean that you get to be treated like a special snowflake. sarudon (01/07/2016) [-] Because you people shove your beliefs down people's throat worse than Christians but not as much as Muslims. Nobody is attacking you any more than the other believers. And your analogy with gravity is flawed, at least we have proof of gravity. Its more like shitting on someone that believes in evolution, that is still a theory and we only have signs of evolution happening. Evolution is not "just a theory". Just because it isn't as readily appearent to the everyday man as gravity doesn't mean it's not proven.
