Go to start on windows. Type character map in search bar. Open character map and type in space in the "Search for:" There are a couple type of blanks. Most of them should work. You select one of them and press "select", then press copy then paste it somewhere.

its funny, it only took me 2 days to get most of these items. you just gotta be fast and go to content that has 1 comment (not 0 or no items will show) so there is no lag while refreshing the comments, or you can click a short comment that has no replies under "latest user's comments" on a profile so it may be even less laggy.

Oh, I've done these things, I just don't have the patience to do it for very long.
And even when I do, whenever a rare pops up the captcha takes like 3 seconds to load, guaranteeing failure -.-
