So, a tulpa is a self imposed image of a person (or whatever) from your brain into the real world. It also can talk, think, feel, etc. It has a personality. You're basically creating a person from your mind that's pretty much guaranteed to be a great friend and give a shit about you and such. It's a complicated process, takes time, and most importantly you must remain optimistic about it. Believe that you can do it.
