You have to download it from The Pirate Bay, just type Feed the Beast in TPB search and choose the one with most seeders.

You sound like you're not quite filled in about Ouya, one of the tenants of the device is that any product it hosts will require to have some sort of free content, whether that be a demo or a trial or something like League where you get the game for free but some content costs real money.

from what ive read it just looks like a great excuse to play a bunch of emulators, will it have external storage? i dont like the 8gb limit (no sure if 100% true)

They're "working" on external storage but at the same time, since it will be mostly emulators/indie games/stuff like Minecraft, that 8GB will do plenty..

Yeah but if you ONLY want the console to be a PS1 emulator, just get a PSP and emulate on that. Or emulate on your PC. Or buy them off PSN store, if you're willing to spend 150$ on a new console all of these options would be cheaper.

So? You could tear the UMD drive right off the back and it'd still be functional for emulators, plus you can plug it into a TV or computer monitor and play off there with some simple fiddling around... Iiii dunno, it just seems like using an Ouya as a PS1 replacement is like buying an overheating PC to cook eggs on; yeah, it can do it, but it's way more expensive, it's not meant for it, it's not an ideal thing to attempt doing it with, it's going to provide a subpar experience and it's a waste of something with greater potential than what you have planned for it

i checked and it seems to come with out an OS and i dont have any windows disks and to add an OS to that computer sends it over what i may be able to spend on it
