What's that? I thought I heard some wrong opinions. There is an amazing level of engineering that goes into these cars to get them to maintain those speeds for so long and by building of an ancient platform. That's what is amazing about it.

This could just be a routine field exercise.

They wear biohazard suits to avoid contaminating any bacteria they're searching for or being contaminated. They probably are looking for something minor like salmonella, and the professor's only in danger if he rubs his hands around in the ground and then licks them.

They could be handling dung and since he's just watching, he's safe, or for all we know he doesn't really see a threat in the dung.

Senior scientists know their shit, and if it looks like young people in biohazard suits while the old guy is wearing casual clothes, chances are there's nothing serious going down but the kids need practice getting into, wearing and using their gear out in the field.

It's not Java, I forgot the name of the project but they borrowed my code for indexing blocks and converting it to Java (which basically, a flat array and no constant deallocation), and the end result achieved 60fps with about 128 visible chunks, and 512 updating chunks, on mediocre hardware.
