sonofagun (07/11/2015) [-] I have never heard of a camaro exploding in flames, when I was a chevy car salesman the only recall we got for the car was for the key fob being "to big" and people were "hurting" themselves on it by kneeing it which you would have to be a full blown retard to hurt yourself that way. People were not "hurting" themselves on it, they were almost shutting the car off and crashing, and considering it effected the 2010-2014 model, that would be 4 years of the car, 4 renditions. Sounds like a fuck up to me. #154 -

Only thing that caught on fire with GM was like 2 Yukons around the same amount of silverados and like 2 volts, the only real recall issue GM had was the ignition switch on 2009 and prior vehicles and the airbag issue and both of those systems were made by a third party company that Ford uses too. 2010 SS's "The recall affected 1,243 Camaro SS coupes equipped with a V8 engine because of a short-circuit risk that could lead to a fire. The culprit was a positive battery cable that could rub against the starter motor housing causing wear on the cable insulation."  Damn dude was your mom raped by a Camaro or something?
