i've got like $65.00 on my Wii U Eshop waiting patiently for Pikmin 3.

Is the Wii U worth it now? Or should I wait a bit longer? I didn't see any games I thought looked good so far.

well when i got it, it didn't have much.

pretty much the only games worth any time are Nintendo Land (especially if you have 4 friends since it introduces 5 player gameplay. better get 4 wiimote and nunchucks too)
Sonic All Star Racing Transformed (which gives you Metal Sonic for free plus the online ain't too shabby.)
a few indie games
New Super Mario bros U, also has Luigi DLC to let you do single player with Luigi, all the levels are tweaked too so it's like a new game.
Scribblenauts Unlimited is okay.
ZombiU is fucking amazing
it has video chat for your friends, so that's a kind of plus.
really i'd say you should wait, all those games get boring extremely fast. in the fall we'll get
Pikmin 3, Windwaker HD, and a good amount of sweet Virtual Console games, hopefully the Gamecube VC will launch for it by then. which you can just use the gamepad to play those. though getting that 50 dollar pro controller would help, especially for Super Smash bros when it comes out.

i'm grabbing CoD Ghosts, so most likely once i'm bored of that i'll sell my xbox and everything associated with it and grab a PS3 (because Kingdom Hearts 1.5) unless Sony finishes that emulator for the PS4 by then, which would allow me to play it on that. so i'll play a waiting game and keep an eye on that.

I personally like the Xbox 360 better than the PS3, so I'm probably gonna keep it and my games. Like I always do, I'm gonna wait it out(like I am with the Wii U) until a few games that look incredible come out.

When I get the Wii U, I'll probably sell my Wii and bring my gamecube out of retirement since the Wii U isn't gamecube compatible.

As soon as something truly worth my while is released. There's always that one special game that pushes your decision for a new system, y'know? Gamecube was for Paper Mario 2, for the 360 it was Dead Space, for the DS it was Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, for the Wii it was Super Paper Mario, and I'll finally get a 3DS for Pokemon X.

That's my plan too. I'm holding out for Smash Bros. 4.

i'm actually converting to Sony now. i'm pretty ashamed of Microsoft. keeping the 360 till they stop making games for it though. or until i'm finally done with it and sell it to get the Playstation 4

Sorry to say newfag, but the best metal subgenre of all time is quite obviously Folk Metal.

But on a serious note, Folk Metal and similar sub-genres are probably the best, mostly because they don't take themselves too seriously.

I spent half of my first playthrough with 3 rocket launchers and every other weapon you can steal from the Boomers. Only after I beat the game and reloaded a previous save did I realize I could stash shit in Mr. House's apartment.
I never even used the weapons, I spent like 40 minutes fighting the guy right before the end of the game because I was saving them for a later moment.

I had no idea what over encumbered was at first, so I thought I had taken too much damage at once. I wasted 5 stimpacks and spent 3 days sleeping before I realized I was carrying too much shit.

I had a bunch of stealth boys from killing night kin in the Come Fly With Me mission and if there was any sort of challenge, I'd just use a stealth boy to get away

I never used those, but I collected them, "just in case". I always end up with like 10 by the end.

Oh god, I did that in FO as well. And TES. I would hunt for weapons I don't have and unique weapons (doesn't matter whether they were guns, explosive, melee or fists) , stockpile them and never use them

The only "rare" weapons in FO:NV I use all the time are the Gobi scout rifle and Oh Baby!(yes, that's the name of a weapon, no I don't know why). Yet, I'm almost always overencumbered because I keep thinking "what if I need this to kill someone?" And carry 300 pounds of semi-useless things.
Also, I'm afraid of decaying the condition.

I'm not really one to call and ask for battletoads, but this may be one of the times I do. I'm gonna save that number for a rainy day and follow in your footsteps.
