Depending on your body you might not really need to do cardio, and even if you're trying to become slimmer then its still possible without cardio, it just means you need to work on your diet.
Until recently I barely touched cardio and during my period of injury (18 months), i did less than 4 hours cardio total, so its not a neccesity

Exactly. About 3 years ago I had back surgery and after a year of being off work and surgery my max 1-rep on the benchpress was 150lbs(and that was a bones-popping, almost screaming 150). Now 3 years later I don't dare squat or do any overhead presses that would put pressure on my spine, but I'll be damned if I can't bench 320 now. FYI I stopped 1 rep maxing for safety reasons about 6 months ago, but it should be another 10-20 over that now.

There are actually varying body-types. some people naturally have better tone/muscle structure than others. not to mention bone structure. ever seen those pictures of the rock at 15? those shoulders are wide as fuck, excellent canvas for forming muscle.
There is no "fatty-morph" though. if you're fat, it's because you ate too much and moved too little.
Don't be a douche-nozzle if you literally cannot be bothered to google something. and Zyzz was a cunt. a damn fine looking cunt, but a cunt none-the-less.
