I read the last panel ya dick. I'm just laughing at the concept that the comic implies that they are gay sexing, then shows them packing a suitcase, and not engaging in the act of gaybuttsex. but they are still gay, which is the third point.

Or, maybe they were having gaybuttsex, then in the last panel, the gaybuttsex ifs over, and now they are performing an unrelated act of packing a suitcase.
