in one of his shows (or possibly several, i dunno) he talked about people telling him how lucky he is that he's a muso, and he did a little skit -

"you're Tim ain't cha? yer, you play the piano don't cha? yer, i used to, used to play the piano... did up to grade seven... i always regret giving it up y'know? you're SO lucky!" "uhh, thanks... what d'you do?"
"ahh, i'm a gynecologist"
"a gynecologist?! oh, wow - I used to play truth-or-dare with m'cousin! yer, once i stuck a shoe-horn up her fanny! I wish i'd stuck with it, y'know? you're SO lucky!"

(i hope this is what you wanted...)

Wouldn't you be a cunt if you were supposed to direct the lives of several hundred of people who live in a Vault? Your decisions are supposed to determine the future of the Vault and it's inhabitants.

In the first game we all know why he kicked you out, because you gave an example of a hero to the inhabitants, as the Overseer said, children would look at you and say "I want to be like him!" And that means leaving the Vault, can't have that now can we?
#10 - derpishb (07/19/2013) [-]
That may be the fact, but you would have a whole bunch of grown men that would willingly follow in your footsteps to save their vault of their immediate situation at hand.

But after you return a hero, what need is there for more men to fight? You've shut down the mutant menace (Not really but you get the point) and fixed the water chip.

I haven't either. I haven't even played the original Fallout.
Only Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

oh, and as for mentally:

Batman: Genius Intellect: (Batman's IQ is possibly well over 200) Batman is a brilliant, virtually peerless, detective, strategist, scientist, tactician, and commander; he is widely regarded as one of the keenest analytical minds on the planet. Given his lack of superpowers, he often uses cunning and planning to outwit his foes, rather than simply "out-fighting" them.
Polymath: He has studied Biology, Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Mythology, Geography, & History. Gained degrees in Criminal Science, Forensics, Computer Science, Chemistry and Engineering by the time he was 21. He has mastered Diverse Environmental Training, Security Systems, and illusion/sleight of hand by the time he was 23. He gained even more degrees in Biology, Physics, Advanced Chemistry, and Technology by the time he was 25. He has learned Forensic, Medical Sciences, Expanded Computer and Engineering Sciences, and Expanded Device Pool use of personal powered armor and system, database creation on underworld crime bosses, rogue's gallery foes and other supers; improved material sciences for body armor and micro-machinery by the time he was 26. Has also learned Advanced New Development in Forensic and Medical Sciences.
(there's more, but i didn't want to put TOO much...)

Captain America: Peak Human Mental Process: His mental performance has been greatly enhanced, allowing his mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible. One manifestation of this is his tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. Rogers also possesses an eidetic memory, meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall. This enables him to remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation.

just found this at the bottom of the CA page "Batman once admitted that Captain America can beat him, although it would take a long time." - i'm calling BS though
