I think Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is still up on there, unless Funimation has taken it down like everything else.

They only had like 75% of it up there anyways, so I suppose it's not too much worse.

Legalize, tax and regulate.

It can be treated like an agricultural commodity much like corn is and grown as a cash crop, then you can either allow private enterprises to sell it much like tobacco is, all while having a tax placed upon it (in Canada, I'd like to see a tax similar to that of tobacco) and have that money put toward funding various social programs.

It is a Win-Win for the private sector and the government in terms of generating new revenue

The only problem is that in the US if weed wee to be treated as a commodity (like corn) it would be regulated by the mercantile exchange. That would only be possible if all states or the majority would legalize it which then creates the problem of importing/exporting it. The only way I see it possible is through government regulation to please both sides (for and against)

They should raise it more and lower the prices on guns.

If someone is planning on shooting others and themselves, they would spend what ever they had on the bullets and guns... Why would there money matter if they shot themselves? Think.

I think that the people that are going to be doing illegal things with guns are obtaining said guns illegally. So it doesn't really matter what kind of restrictions you put on guns, there will still be gun related crimes happening just as often. But in my humble opinion, if and when guns are indeed banned, I'm not giving mine up. All a gun ban is going to do is leave more people vulnerable to attackers who obtained guns illegally.
