I mean, I guess I really liked New Vegas and Fallout 3, but I don't have much nostalgia for the first two, and even NV and 3 required a lot of mods before they were put on my favorites list on steam. And the release trailer didn't really tell me anything that I was super geared up to hear.

It's really my first Fallout to be released that im fully aware about. Also, you are right, the trailer didnt give much. But thats also what gives me hype. The speculation. Trying to figure out what will actually be in the game. They will show alot more at E3, so im looking forward to that.

rollmeanddie (06/04/2015) [-] I am excited to see how the story goes, but honestly if emotional intensity were on a 1 to 10 scale (10 being hella intense), I'd really never peek far above 4 or 5. Which may explain the lack of hype.

nobleneon (06/04/2015) [-] Ah, you see my friend, thats where you and I differ. I love soul crushing, depressing story lines. Not sure why, but those games feel more.. Real to me if that makes scene. Of course I also enjoy comedic, or even cheerful games, but I really enjoy depressing games.
