Yes and no. Some places don't spawn with full suits, regardless of level. I'm running around and I've found a full x-01, and a partial (missing an arm and leg). Some places just don't have the full suit. Best thing to do, is google where the full suits are supposed to spawn. They recommend level 40, but I got my x-01 at 33-36

Every place I've looked says you need to be at least level 30+ for X01 to spawn there. Admittedly there isn't much concrete knowledge about any of the content in Fallout4 yet, but Court 35 is a pretty popular way to get X01 armor and a number of different sources have claimed that if you go there before level 30 you'll get a t-51 or t-60 suit instead.

It's been reported as SOMETIMES spawning at lower levels. But it's finicky.

Gaping plotholes aside, what is the fucking logic behind spending half a show hyping up the baddies as these horrific monsters and then the other half trying to get you to feel bad for them. I fully support any and all humans, who wish to stab you the face for killing their friends and family.

Well for one, it is a good vampire horror. Creepy music, spooky scenes, a bit of mystery, people in tears and frustration... Got everything I want in a vampire horror, and does it all well too.
As for the other The point was to show that in the end, vampires weren't just creatures of pure evil and darkness, they where still people. Everything they did was to survive, and the only way they can survive is by killing humans, so when they also wish to achieve a way of life similar to that of humans... it whent like that. It was also to point out that humans can also be monsters, though like in the case with the vampires, it was to survive. For one to survive, the other had to go.
I think this whole thing was good because by showing how it was from the vampires' perspective and flipping the table around like that, it made the fight into something a bit more than just a battle between good and evil. Now there is a lot of moral stuff here than can be discussed, but I feel that adds to it.

Yeah, but the whole "humans are the real monsters" thing has been done to death. Pretty much in every setting where you have humans and non-humans, the humans are massive twats. Gantz, Tokyo Ghoul, Berserk, Undertale, Witcher, Warcraft, Warhammer 40k, the whole damn Tolken universe, every damn time, the humans are absolute dickheads for next to no reason.

True, but the point in Shiki wasn't that humans are the real monsters, the point was that humans and vampires in the end wheren't all that different. It's more about perspective and opinions.

ALSO, I forgot to mention, the execution in these is almost always bad. It's hard to feel bad for people that are such massive stuck up snobs and cunts. Like "Oh, look at me and how posh and fancy and weirdly dressed I am, but I'm totally the same as you peasan- I, uh, I mean the same as you people *sips blood from crystal wine glass*"

The closest animu has gotten to depicting likable, relatable monsters was Tokyo Ghoul and even there it was basically "I'm not a monster! *chomps on a dead 10-yearold* Why does everyone keep *wipes blood from mouth* treating us so different? We're just like regular people."

No, not really. They are very different. Humans don't have to kill vampires in order to survive. They kill their undead asses in self-defense. Humans kill shit to protect their lives and loved ones. Vampires kill shit, because they were feeling a bit peckish.

And that is where the conflict comes in. One has to die for the other to survive.

No, I don't think you understand. Humans don't HAVE to kill vampires. There is no biological need for them to do it.

I'm reffering to how humans must kill or be killed.
Of course, they cold work out a way to co-exist, but because reasons, that whon't happen.
