my only real issues are the mandatory check in, simply because its a (bad) solution to a problem they've created, and kinect being shoved as hard as possible down out throat. nobody ever asked for it in the first place, and now we HAVE to have it connected to the console at ALL times? Fuck that, there is literally no reason for that. I have a 360 now but on the off chance i do end up with a one, my kinect'll be facing the wall 100% of the time.

The fact is that every issue brought up was conceived entirely by microsoft overly complicating things and attempting to cater to everyone instead of just gamers, which is also stupid, i dont buy a gaming console so i can run fucking tv through it. I honestly think sony's got the right idea this time with keeping it pretty much the same and mostly just updating the hardware.
