1: make sure you have photoshop
2: find a picture of anyone you like
3: make a new layer and mark out the colors of the fur
4:make it slightly transparent, just enough to see some of the skin below
5: with the smudge tool, select a natural brush (speckle like)
6: start to smudge the fur in the way that real fur would go
7:add some shadows
8: if need be, duplicate the layer and change the opacity settings if you need better color from it
9: add some shadows
10: enjoy
