im pretty sure that was a thing from season 2, up until the start of season 3.

I believe its based on consistency, i had over 130 before i got my red ribbon just play games and constantly get honorable opponent, teamwork and that good stuff

you only get one
if you have an honerable opponent you wont get the teamwork one
additionaly if you dont have any banner but you have 106 teamworks its prebebly because most of the teamworks have been given to you by people on your friends list in which case the banner doesnt count them
