CPU is alright for an entry level gaming GPU like the 950, plenty of headroom on the power supply so you're set for upgrading.

There's no need to liquid cool any of that though. If anything I'd just get a decent air cooler on the CPU, like a Hyper 212 EVO.

no point in liquid cooling anything in there, and if you're on a budget, never worth it at all.
in that you need to upgrade the CPU and GPU when you can, 6300 isnt terrible, but its not great either. 740 definitely needs an upgrade though, i would do that first if I where you, 950 or 960 would be better.

I had to pick one that was very well written to show you guys. Most people on the internet label a fanfic as crap the moment it shows any sign of bad grammar. Erotic or otherwise, there are plenty of creative fiction out there that don't even have a chance to shine because of inperfect spelling.
