I know the crew follows him, but they refuse to help him. they stay up in the helicopter and take a few shots, then leave. he has one ground camera with him, and they come back occasionally for more shots.

How far away from him is the camera? It was probably a shot from a helicopter.

good to know I had forgotten about dolphins though on the count of both animals it isn't exactly nailed down that they are smarter as it's very hard to tell without being able to communicate with them

Prove to me they can add, a simple kindergarten trick.
We have tried to communicate to them, not them to us. We are the ones who decide.

Also, zoo's.
We can capture animal without giving them a single chance to run away.
We can tame them. That requires much skill.

Please prove dolphins are smarter.

Math is something humans formed. Dolphins have no reason to need math. Why would they learn it if it has absolutely no benefit to their species. And how would you know whether or not a dolphin has tried to communicate to us or not? You don't and you won't.
And what about the domestic animals that are "captured"? My dog gets me to let her out and feed her all the time. It's a relationship that isnt based on dominance. We help each other.

Explain a good reason why our ancient people learned math.

Dolphins cannot try to communicate with us. We hold more power because they cannot come to us, to land, whey we can come to the water.

There wasnt a reason for math. Humans just kept creating a reason for it. So we basically made life harder for ourselves because there are plently of people out there who struggle with math.

And just because we are stuck being a land based species doesnt mean dolphins wouldnt try to communicate with us. You have no way of knowing any of this because nobody can talk to dolphins. If we are so smart we would be learning their language like they are learning ours.

And yes it doesn prove a point. It proves that animals can have just as much control over us as we do over them. Youre mind is just listening for things it wants to hear rather than being open.

I am saying we have no real reason for math when we first found it.
If dolphins are smart, they would also find something similar to math, but they have not.

Also, my point for the dolphin thing is we control if we want to communicate.
If a dolphin wants too, to bad for them. They must wait for us.

And who's to say they dont have something similar they conduct in their own language that we dont understand because it beyond all our intelligence to know what a dolphin is saying. So don't go assuming dolphins dont have this or that when its something that isnt possible to know.

And if a dolphin doesnt want to communicate, it doesnt have to. They dont have to wait for anything. And if you are trying to say they do wait for us because we make them, that just makes them more open and eager to learn, which isnt a bad thing.

a psychologis taught a pidgeon to do subtraction, addition, multiplication, division, thought of roots (figuring out square root and cube roots of numbers)
happened from first stated to last stated in how long took to learn...with the reward of food
so, yeah...dolphins doing thatreally doesn't determine their actual inteligence quotient, perhaps on their ability (how well whether better than a pidgeon or worse ) to learn, but not how smart they actually are at the moment with our help

Then the average college human.
Can a dolphin do calculus? Probability not.
Do they need it for survival? Not really.
Does it prove how smarter we are, possibly.

not really these days survival means getting a job so you can obtain food so for a human calculus could be necessary for a dolphin it never is so why would they try ? as for the bit about links well if I just said " oh well a bunch of scientist got dolphins to do math " I could be making that up it is much more provable to link you to an article about the exact set of circumstances

Calculus isn't necessary. My dad works as a banker and he only knows the basics.

Humans can do many different things UNIQUE THINGS which other animals cannot do. Like become a woodman, run a police station, ect.

possibly but since there aren't dolphins to teach it and we can't talk to them how would it be learned ? anyway you keep anthropomorphising them as if to say that if they can't do what we can they aren't as smart but there brains are different and I'm sure work differently

They may be smarter, but we are still better.

no by law pedestrians have the right of way only at crosswalks. if its my choice to stand in the middle of the road its my fault for getting hit.
