It's a Visual Novel about a man named Hiaso with a heart condition who goes to a school for physically disabled people. In the VN, you have choices throughout it that will change the way the game goes. There are 5 paths in the game. These paths are mainly just stories while you date one of the 5 girls. There is 6 main girls, but only 5 have paths. Those 6 girls are Rin, Emi, Sizune, Lily, Hanako, and Misha. Misha doesn't have a path, but you can have sex with her halfway through Shizune's story.
