i would try this but my mcdonalds is full of hispanics who dont speak english very well if at all and im not going to be working there for very long because im searching for another job because im getting terrible hours (8-10 a week) and my managers are hard to understand with their accents

well im only 16 and alot of times i have over night and sometimes just night shift which is the prime dinner time for many people also the amount of meat down dpends on what it is wether it be regular quater angus or anything cooked on the grill and the grill is pretty much all i do because i havent learned the other stations like table but ive had the joc for a couple months now

I started at 14, applied myself and tried to learn when ever possible. I thought I was only going to be working for mconalds a few years, not 6. I'm almost done and have a much better job lined up. McDonalds has given me several rewards for services rendered. I ask you to take up my challenge: Smile, be hospitable to any and all coworkers/customers and always be hungry to learn something new. Even if it means scrubbing grease pits or cleaning up vomit. People who do the most unlike jobs are often the best rewarded.

It is a hard job if your doing it right, making sure you are meeting all the policies and such. I was a Crew Trainer at McDonalds and that shit is tough, because so many people just dont give a fuck about their job there.

More people who currently work at a McDonalds need to have your attitude.

i get you buddy. i work customer care at a mcdonalds here in scotland, and it isn't easy at all. besides the numerous bodily fluids i need to clean, i also deal with each and every complaint or general asshole who wants to pick a fight. when you have to keep a whole building clean by your own damn self as well as looking after all the people in it, life tends to get a wee bit stressful.

I didn't know the New California Republic had McDonalds.

Your Job Wrong, Working the grill is one of the most important Jobs at a McDonalds, If your finding your job to be really easy than you simply arn't doing your job right.

Ask a manager about all the policies that McDonalds has about cooking food,

at the mcdonalds im at we ut on blue gloves remove the meat from freezer put it done close the clam throw away glove wait for clam to pop up and then remove meat put in tray with new liner and then put tray in hot box its not hard

Jeez must be hard to remove the meat when your not cleaning the grill. I'm not singling you out buddy, looks like you know what your saying but how many products does your grill have to cook? are you a high volume or low volume? do you work shifts that aren't during main eating times?or is that the only station you know and have been working for 3 weeks? Just asking.
