If you made an evaluation based purely off of what the machines are packing, there's nothing really wrong. (The only thing being how impossible it is to access components to make repairs/upgrades). This is because they're essentially made out of the same things found in PCs. As machines there's almost no difference.

I think it's the company that's bad, not the product.
