the one i linked? is the google search result.

You asked for a page. I gave you a book. It's your job to read and see what's inside.

It's not about the quantity of the information, but the quality. Google provides excellent basic information, and some sites even more detailed descriptions. However, I can't use the internet as my source. So if your "book" does not name its sources, I can't use it.

It's true wikipedia does lists it's sources, but I was just wondering if op had any sources at hand. I don't want him to write my essay for me. I just thought sharing knowledgde wouldn't be such a hard thing to do.

Are you a post-secondary student or a high-schooler? Google should suffice (esp Google scholar) for high school, otherwise use your school's library's resources (online or otherwise) and go from there. Jstor is pretty great if your school has it.

Sites like the one you linked often give some information, but often do not name the source. Thus, it is useless, since I'm not allowed to just copypast everything I find on the internet. I simply asked OP for his sources, so I could gather the information myself.

Now, you ask, why don't you just look for sources yourself? Good question, and here's the answer: I already did, and I'm going to continue. However, since I'm not a fucking expert, I do not know every book in existence about the Roman army or migration.

So thank you for your google input, I appreciate the effort, but unfortunately it's useless.
