There is two spellings for two different scenarios.

Centre: A clinic or business type place. Ffs, a FUCKING CENTRE

Center: The middle of something delicious, moist. Like your moms vag, or perhaps a yummy brownie.

Unless you live in America, I think they only use one type of Center, I know in Canada we use two though.

The buildings where I live all say centre, but even if you look on some packaging of products it'll say "It has a creamy center." Not a "centre"
I think it's all based on preference though. I know some local newspapers had to changed from British English to American because people liked it better that way.

I've never seen a strictly Canadian product say "centre" on it ever, I'm not saying it doesn't exist but if it does It must be hiding.
