Moushi (10/29/2010) [-] Lol, well, let's see, I would probably try to find different costumes for your characters, you want your characters to be as origional as possible so people can recognize them, if you just copy costumes off of a popular show such as naruto they wont be as memorable, also, there are quite a few people who dont like naruto or certain animes so that might be a turn off for them ^^
Also, I used to write out my dailoge by hand too, but that can be hard to read and follow, so it helps to draw out your comics, scan it in, then add in the dailog with text, its more aesthetically appealing as well^^

rawrNOMNOMNON (10/29/2010) [-] Yeah, there was one guy (fail troll) who had to try and have an argument with me saying my drawing style sucked because I was a "weeaboo." I put my comics through paint anyways, so it wouldn't be hard to add in the text. For some reason whenever I scan it in, and no matter how dark I color or how bright I se the scanner, the skin color won't show in properly. Know anything about that?

Scanners just dont pick up color well, especially if it is something light. The only reason why alchy's turns up well is because she does it with markers instead of colored pencils. That's one of the reasons I don't color my hand drawn comics. But if you really want to try it, you can mess with the contrast and brightness, though honestly it doenst make it much better

The last one was at the beginning of this month. Then again, I've gotten pretty lazy since the time warp. i do like the zombie proof house though

I want to do more with my comics, like make them look better, paint and GIMP can only do so much. I do have ideas im coming up with though, its just a matter of getting them down, school is not working in my favor in that regard XD
