It's called dunning krueger effect and its what makes you misjudge your own skill, im sorry to have to tell you this but your skill level is the same as the rest of the players in silver, sometimes people have bad games though and all you can do is focus on yourself in yoloQ and try your best to win no matter what. Using chat if you want to win is highly recommended to avoid

You don't get stuck iin a league because of bad teams. You will have a high win ratio if you are the best player in most of your matches because your team can only have 4 bad players while the enemy can have 5. So you either suck or belong in that league.

theyres more to it then just numbers though, like i get where hes comin from, i go about 10/3 everygame and i win 3 lose 2, the problem is when you lose a game you went something like 10/1 or 16/3 or something like that, the effect it has on your mind, will make you throw games unintentionally, youll get stressed and lose your edge thus lowering your scores and making you lose more games

Except having a good score means nothing in regards to carrying games. What you need to do is first dominate your lane and flat our shut down your opponent(s), which should be easy to do if you are really only in your league because of bad teams. Then you have to spread your power around. Being 10/0 means nothing if you don't push other lanes, help others win lanes, take objectives like baron and dragon etc.
Score does not make a good player.

For evidence, see pro's. Many of them have multiple accounts, each in diamond. Yet none of them seem to have any trouble climbing on smurfs? Because they know how to carry and are actually good.
