He can melee very well vs. Kain, but if Kain wants him dead, he could probably drop him fast, he is extremely old and more experienced than batman.

Batman probably can't hide from xenomorphs as they likely use echolocation and pheromones to detect targets. Batman's fighting style would give him a decent chance in killing the xenomorphs and his detective instincts would allow him to see them coming. His bat armor would offer at least some protection vs the alien acid blood, but that blood can melt steel like nothing.

Vs Diablo, Batman has already demonstrated heat immunity in Batman Forever. Diablo would need to use melee attacks probably, he is restricted from summoning minions due to the rules of the game. Batman would try to gimp Diablo and then hide.

Keep in mind the hero doesn't need to kill any enemy, he just needs to keep you alive for 10 minutes. Batman is clever enough to do that. He would fly glide around and grapples you from place to place. You chances are better than most.
